What we collect

Contact details you give us via our quote form or by phone/email — name, business name, email, phone number.
Collection and delivery addresses or postcodes for the job you're requesting.
Details of the item or job you describe to us.
For business clients, information needed for your service agreement and invoicing.

How we use it

To respond to your quote request and arrange a collection or delivery.
To manage an ongoing business account, including invoicing and record-keeping.
To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We may share necessary details with our accountant for bookkeeping purposes, and with our insurer if required to process a claim. We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep business client records (including invoices) for as long as required by UK tax law — currently six years. Quote enquiries that don't proceed are deleted after a reasonable period, typically 12 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, request deletion (subject to our legal retention obligations), and object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, contact info@rsdlogisticscourier.co.uk.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Cookies & this website

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The quote form is processed by Formspree; postcode lookups are processed by postcodes.io. This site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves your device requesting font files from Google's servers and sends your IP address to Google in the process. Google's use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. None of these services are used for advertising.
